Refunds and Cancellations

The client understands that there is no refund or cancellation policy in place, meaning that from the time the client submits the signed order form to SearchFirst, the client waives any right to any refund unless specified within this document.

Cardholders and Transactions

All debits will appear on your credit card statement as (These details are changing. Please check back in a few days) please retain a copy of the transaction at an easily accessible place, as a reference to the transaction.

When you submit comments and questions on our products via the feedback command, we also ask for your e-mail address. This is to allow us to contact you if there are questions about your feedback. We will not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
